Meet Annabelle

Annabelle is a beautiful, gentle and loving shorthaired calico with orange, black and white markings. This little girl somehow found herself outdoors and a kind man put food outside for her. He knew she was special and asked a rescue to help her. She and her sister, Libby, were brought into a foster home with Kalamazoo Animal Rescue and enjoy the security of a soft bed, yummy food and a safe indoor perch to watch the birds at the feeder.

Annabelle is small, she only weighs 6 pounds. The vet thinks she is 6-7 months old. She is very affectionate and purrs and rolls when she is petted. If you're looking for a kitty companion that will love human companionship, this is your girl.

Annabelle has been spayed and she's the perfect princess with her litter box. She is familiar with other cats so should be fine with them. She's currently sharing a foster home with her sister, Libby. They get along well if you're looking for a pair of kitties. But it isn't necessary to adopt them together, as they will adapt to a loving and caring home. She hasn't been around dogs but will probably be fine with a dog that is extremely gentle and cat-friendly.
