Meet Oscar

My name is Oscar. I came into KAR after a fire took my home and my family pretty much abandoned me and my siblings. It was probably a good thing as we were all very skinny and needed medical attention. It was scary as a fireman came in and grabbed me and took me outside to get me some fresh air. All happened so fast.

My favorite thing to do now is to take long naps in the linen closet on my favorite shelf. I currently live with a variety of cats and prefer the ones who don't want to mess with me when I am sleeping or just minding my own business. The older and younger cats I live with who don't try to poke at me I do fine with. I also live with dogs. Funny thing is I think the large chocolate lab in the house is afraid of me. I lay in the hallway and she just stands there and barks until somebody moves me so she can get by. Honestly don't know what her problem is.
