Hi and thank you for coming to visit my page.  I’m Eli and my story starts when a nice lady discovered me and my brother Echo and sister Ebony in her yard.  We were tiny and hungry because we had lost our mommy so the lady who rescued us found a foster home for us with KAR where we could be loved and get strong.  My brother Echo and I look so much alike that it is hard to tell us apart but we’re quite different in personality.  Echo is the explorer who loves to check out new places and investigate everything he sees.  I like to play and explore, too, but I’m a lover first and an explorer second.  I’m going to be a serious lap cat when I grow up because I’m already a loving lap kitten when I can sit still for a few minutes.  I will run up to you for a cuddle before I get busy with playing and exploring.  When you settle down for a nap, plan to have me join you to purr and snuggle.

I’m a very loving boy who gets along with the 5 resident adult cats, and I love attention from my people.  I’m not shy at all when I get to know you and usually am the first of my family to run to greet somebody new. I have perfect kitty manners with my litter box and I like to scratch on my scratching post.  I am also a really good eater who enjoys just about any kind of food.  Of course, the most important job for a kitten is playing and I excel at that.  I love to wrestle with my brother and sister, climb on the big cat climber in my foster home, and play with feather toys, or just play with anybody who will dangle a toy for me to bat with my paws.  Would you like a sweet and affectionate little boy to call your own?  Make an application for me so I can be your forever friend!

PS If you’re looking for two kittens, you might want to adopt me with my brother Echo or my sister Ebony because we all get along really well and are good at wearing each other out from playing.  Echo and I like to chase each other all over the house and wrestle with each other.  We also like to play with other kitties if you want a friend for a kitty who is already part of your family.

I should be ready for adoption in August.

Jenny R was his foster parent.
