Meet Candy

Calico, Domestic Short Hair Mix

Approx DOB: 1/16/2014
Gender: Female
Microchipped

Hello, my name is Candy! I'm a beautiful short haired calico. My soft fur has an assortment of pretty colors. The volunteers at Kalamazoo Animal Rescue gave me my name because I am so sweet. I made friends the moment I came into the rescue. I rolled onto my back and wanted to be rubbed! They said this was unusual because most kitties are scared for a few days, but not me! I was happy and content, purring and kneading my soft blanket, knowing I was in a safe place. I settled into my foster space immediately and welcome all my visitors.

I'm relaxed and gentle and love to petted and cuddled. I also like to play and can entertain myself if left alone. Give me a furry toy mouse or catnip and watch me play! I was found outside with my kittens and was taken in by a kind woman who contacted the animal rescue. I'm spayed now and am looking for love and a forever home. I'll be happiest in a home as an only pet where I can be your affectionate little princess. If you think you could love me and would like more information about me, please fill out an application and a volunteer will contact you. Much Love, Candy.

Laurie Spencer was her foster parent.
