Meet Pippin

Miniature Pinscher, Chihuahua Mix

Size: Small
Approx DOB: 4/23/2014
Gender: Male
Microchipped

My name is Pippin but you can call me "Pip." I'm a terrier mix, about one year old. I may be little (16 lbs.) but I'm packed full of fun. I love to play and run around outside. There are three other dogs that live at my foster home which are all BIG dogs, but they love me just the same, we snuggle and play together and share treats, I have lots of fun with them. I also live with some cats. I try not to pay any attention to the cats but it’s really hard when they run past me because then I want to run too.
Sometimes I'm a little shy, but I like to meet new people and other animals. I'm always eager for an adventure. When you’re active, I like to be active, but when you’re quiet I will be right by your side sitting quietly while you stroke my head.
Pip was found as a stray and turned into the local shelter. Therefore nothing is known about his background or breeding.
Pippin is neutered, heart worm negative, vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, and house broken. He is well socialized with cats, dogs, and has done well with children. Pip will make a great pet for any family in any household situation.

Susan C. was his foster parent.
