I first spotted Wallace at Animal Services; hiding in the corner of the cage looking completely terrified. After a few pets I knew he had tons of potential. Wallace is still a little shy at first, but once he realizes you're just coming to pet him or snuggle with him he relaxes. In fact if you decide to pet another cat instead he will meow at you and nuzzle his face against your arm trying to get the attention turned back to him. Wallace would do well in most any home including one with other cats, and likely even one with small children or a dog.
Shannon B was his foster parent.
