Meet Gizmo

Gizmo was an owner surrender at a local rural shelter. He is big and fluffy and a total attention hog. He is a gorgeous boy with a short stocky build almost with some Norwegian Forest cat mixed in. As long as you are petting him he is a happy boy. He has a lot of hair and needs help keeping it groomed. He loves to be brushed. He will be even more beautiful once the rest of his gorgeous fur Is brushed out. He has the low key relaxed personality of a Maine Coon, very mellow and even with the cat next door poking at him has not reacted at all. He seems to be very loving and will bond closely to his new parents. He has been through a lot being at a crowded shelter and now a rescue being cared for by multiple volunteers. His main focus right now is people and how much attention he can get people to pay to him. We have never heard him cry. He has a sad look in his eyes sometimes, probably missing his home.
