Meet Mommy Bobbie

Domestic Short Hair-gray, Tiger Mix
Housed at Kitty Camp
Approx DOB: 4/01/2010
Gender: Female
Microchipped

Mommy Bobbie was brought to KAR from another organization who specializes is trap neutering and rerelasing cats. She is so sweet and loves people they felt she would prefer to have an indoor home. She was fostered with their organization until we had space to bring her to KAR and find her an amazing home. Here's why her foster has to say, "Mommy Bobbie was a mom with 3 babies. I found homes for the babies but Momma had a really bad tail that looked like it got cut off, it was very infected and had to be amputated. She is absolutely a sweetheart." Mommy Bobbie did test positive for FIV. A cat with FIV given regular vet care will not have their life shortened. FIV is only transmittable between cats who are mating or give each other a deep wound bites. Cats with FIV live a long healthy life in a stress free environment. In her prior foster home Mommy Bobbie lived with several cats who are FIV negative she never shows any aggression-just lots of love. She would do great in a home with other cats-even ones who are FIV negative. Mommy Bobbie would probably enjoy a home with children. And possibly even one with dogs.

Shannon B was her foster parent.
