Walk-In Hours

Walk-in hours are the purrfect opportunity to visit adoptable cats and kittens. We house many of our adoptable cats and kittens at our primary location, but some pets are placed in a foster home while they look for their forever home. If you have questions about adopting a new pet from KAR, our staff and volunteers will be happy to answer them for you while you’re here.

Before visiting, please note:

• All of our dogs and puppies are in foster homes, not housed at our facility. To meet our adoptable canines, please submit an adoption application to schedule a “meet and greet” or watch our Facebook page for information about upcoming adoption events.
• Donations are gratefully accepted during these walk-in hours. View our wish lists here.
