How to Help "Community Cats"

"Community cats" are feral or "wild" cats that live in and around our community but are not friendly to humans. They are distinguished from a stray cat, which is a pet cat that has been lost or abandoned. Community cats often live in small colonies which can be successfully managed by humans through TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) to help control disease and overpopulation.
