Louie is a little sweetheart who is quite the cuddle bug. His former owner passed away and now he needs a new home and family to shower with puppy love. Louie led a sheltered life prior to KAR. He is a submissive guy that can be quite shy, especially at first. His foster mom has been working with him to build his confidence and he has made great strides.

Louie is a diamond in the rough that will continue to blossom with love, tenderness and patience. In return, you reap the unconditional love this amazing little dog has to give.
