Hi, Dexter here...

Are you looking for a fun-loving, happy-all-the-time, glass-is-half-full kind of dog? I am a goofball looking for someone who loves to laugh and play around. I'm looking for someone with a great sense of humor and some time to spend with me. I’m a dog on a mission to please you, and anyone I meet. I love people and animals of all shapes and sizes. I think everything is fun, interesting and meant for play, especially you. Anything you do, I’ll want to do too.

Dexter is a 3 year old purebred Shih Tzu. He was rescued from an overcrowded puppy mill where he had been neglected. Due to those living conditions and the lack of veterinary care provided to Dexter he lost his left eye. He has recovered well and his "wink" makes you think he is always up to something.

He is housebroken, crate-trained, and in the process of learning some basic commands. Due to his small size and sweet demeanor he will make a great pet for any home.
