I've Been Adopted!

Meet Petal

Chihuahua

Size: Small
Approx DOB: 3/06/2013
Gender: Female
Microchipped

Petal was brought into the local shelter with her sibling, Blossom. They waited for almost two months but were not adopted. The kennel staff loved their personalities and recommended that KAR save them since it was unlikely they would be adopted together. Now they have been with us for some time and deserve a family to call their own.

They are inseparable and adore each other. Blossom is submissive to her big sister Petal, but doesn't seem to mind! They are happy little girls deserving of a forever home together. They entertain each other, sleep together and eat together! They are crate trained and litter-box trained and would make perfect dogs for apartment living. Since living in their foster home they have learned to go potty outside, walk nicely on a leash and live with lots of other animals including a large dog and cats as well as little kids. The children find them so much fun, they are the perfect size to hold and walk on a leash. The pups are very loving and snuggly and love lots of attention but they are good at listening and obeying their foster mom when it's time to calm down. They love to collect little doggy toys in their bed and enjoy getting treats but have very small appetites and are easy to take care of. There are so many benefits to adopting these girls together, they are built in playmates and great company for each other.

Please consider adopting these young dogs and giving them a happy, long life together!

Laurie Spencer was her foster parent.
