Meet Penny

Penny is an intelligent 15 month old doggy with a lot to learn. She is very playful and loves other dogs. She is a 40 pound package of love, affection, and charm. She loves attention and enjoys putting her head in your lap while you work or watch TV with you. She is also housebroken and crate trained and will calmly and quietly chew on a bone while you are away. Penny does well on a leash when you need her to, but the beagle quarter of her likes to sniff everything she can get her nose on. She loves cats and will play with them if they approach her. Penny will do best in a moderately active home with people who are willing to work with her. She is a bit shy around new people (who isn't?) and will need to be exposed to them more often to increase her comfort level.
