Hello, my name is Marquette.  I am one of the Yooper Troopers.  I was found in a neigborhood abandoned by my mom.  Some nice people took me and my siblings Mackinac, Cedar and Ignace(all now adopted) into their home until the rescue could take us.  I am black with a little white spot on my chest and another patch of white on my belly.  I am curious and am enjoying being inside and not trying to battle the cold weather.  Since my brothers have all been adopted I have become even more loving and needy of all the attention you can spare.  I bonded instantly to my sisters from another mother Kit and Kat, who moved into my foster home the same day I did, and we play like we have known each other forever.  I would love to have another kitten or cat playmate at my new home, I really missed my brothers and cried for hours when they left.  I eat very well and have perfect litter and scratching post manners.  I love to play with anything on a stick and chase my mousies.  I have no experience with dogs, and don't seem to mind much when kids hold me when I go to events.  My personality is pretty easy going.  I have very soft fur and beautiful eyes.  I would love to meet you so you can see what a special baby I am.

Jenny R was his foster parent.
